Gloria Coogan Hyvari

I was married to Ed Furness for 30 yrs. then, unfortunately, got divorced and a few yrs. later I remarried a wonderful man, Walt, who treats me very good. We are very into church and the bible. We have a "baby" (dog) named, Shadow...he's a rescue dog and we've had him 10 yrs. and is the best dog we've ever had. We have many friends and I have 6 grandchildren (20, 12, 8, 7, 6 & 2 )Walt has one granddaughter (3). It's wonderful being grandparents. I miss my 3 that live in KY. I try to get down there as much as I can to see them. They come up here also. We are very happy and have a wonderful life together...thank you, Jesus!

I married Ed Furness on June 6th, 1967 and I was still in the last week of school. We were having finals in Mr. Betzing's class (1st hour), and he found out that I had gotten married, so instead of our final that day, he sent some boys up to the donut shop and we celebrated my wedding with donuts and pop. I thought that was soooo nice of him. I'll never forget that. Really made me feel special.
